Fall fishing is finally here. Bwo are coming off in all the rivers creating exciting fishing. Since the rivers are getting lower the fish are starting to get more aggressive about there food. The brown trout are in pre spawn mode and are taking streamers very aggressively. The upper Gunnison is know full of kokanee salmon and trout out of Blue Mesa Reservoir have followed them up the rivers to feed on there eggs. This is like little Alaska around here.
