New Record Wiper Caught in Nebraska

New Record Wiper Caught in Nebraska by GoFISHn TeamWhite bass and striped bass hybrids, popularly known as wipers, and there has been a whopper caught in Nebraska.

Details are few and far between, but our friends at Recycled Fish posted this photo on their Facebook page. The Nebraska Fish and Game Association is full of vague details. From what they're saying, the official weight is 21 pounds, and the fish was 33 inches long.

The standing record is a 32.75-inch, 20-pound, 1-ounce fish. This fish would be just six pounds shy of the world record.

As we learn more about the impressive catch, we'll let you know. –Brian McClintock
