The Best Flyfishing Gear of 2011

Back in August, GoFISHn was busy manning the Social Media Lounge at the American Fly Fishing Trade Association's International Fly Tackle Dealer show in New Orleans. But that doesn't mean we didn't get to check out all the awesome new gear there.

While this is very late, here is the list of all the best flyfishing gear for 2011. These were the winners of the New Product Showcase produced by our friends at Angling Trade and Midcurrent.

SIMMS took away a lot of awards, but their new ProDry GORE-TEX Jacket, Bib, and Pants won the Best of the Show honors, along with best outerwear.
