Nobody can seem to figure out what is killing millions of sardines, anchovies and other small fish near Los Angeles, Calif.
But according to Allvoices.com, there's a foot-deep mass of dead fish near L.A.'s King Harbor Marina. Oxygen deprivation seems to be the culprit. – Rick Bach
