In the past week, GoFISHn and GAFF magazine have celebrated the glories of fishing in Florida.
Our first goal was to remind anglers everywhere that Florida is only a teeny bit diminished as a saltwater fishing destination on account of the oil tragedy in the Gulf, and freshwater is wonderful as ever.
So get get down to fishing in Florida. You need it, and lord knows the guides, charter skippers, marinas and the tourist industry in general would love to see you turn up.
Our second goal was to suggest some of the great destinations For anglers to consider. You can see the list below, along with a number of other helpful links and some great contributions from our partner on this project, GAFF magazine.
