We were able to snag Scott Hed, director of the Sportsman’s Alliance for Alaska, to get an update on the proposed Pebble Mine, which could have huge, long-lasting negative impacts on the world’s best and most important salmon fishery. Hed gives an update on the EPA‘s latest work to protect the Bay, the importance of staying informed, and an awesome fundraising campaign that could bring $400,000 to the Save Bristol Bay cause. –Brian McClintock
