Permit are supposed to be one of the most elusive fish to track with a fly. Anglers have spent days, lifetimes even, pursuing these beautiful fish, often coming close but missing the cigar. But apparently no one told that to these guys, tracking the gorgeous fish on Ascension Bay in Mexico. They make catching permit look as easy as perch on worms from the dock.
It’s hard to believe the rod-throwing frustration in the middle of the video, when you see all the impressive fish beforehand. Maybe they’re spoiled? – Rick Bach
