Lake Guntersville report for 28 Dec 2011

28 Dec 2011, Lake Guntersville Fishing Reports – Spent a great winter day on Guntersville with Travis from Fayetteville TN. We fished the mid-lake area from Goose Pond to Water Front.  The water temp dropped a little more over the past couple days to 48-50 degrees.  We fished A-rigs, Tight-Line jigs and jerk baits. The bite was good to excellent most of the day with lots of good fish  in the 2- 5 pound range and a bunch of stripers stuffed so full of shad you could see shad tails in their throats.    I have with several days available in January and we’re already taking reservations for the spring!  Make your reservations now for some great action on Guntersville, Nickajack or Tim’s Ford. We supply all fishing gear, lures at no additional cost you, Military Discount and 110% dedication to making your trip successful.  “Let’s go fish’ in”
