Across the nation, It seems like the bad-weather broke this weekend, and a lot of anglers got to at least curb their cabin fever and hit the water.
Here on GoFISHn we got reports of some early
trout fishing from
VTtroutbum owner Matt Stedina, hooking up on some nice
rainbow trout. We also got a
quick update from Donald Lavoie at Ross Lake Camps about some great
ice fishing conditions in
Maine.
California fishing icon and GoFISHn member, Gary Graham
posted his report on the great roosterfish opportunities and some great
inshore action on the southern Pacific coast.
Over on Facebook, it sounds like some of our fans in the southern states started hitting the pre-spawn
bass waters. The other big trend from the weekend seems to be some early crappie action! With some great
ice fishing conditions in the northern states, much of the Ice is thawing across the U.S., and it looks like everyone is highly anticipating some warmer temperatures and more days on the water!
