Welcome to GoFISHn's first Fly Fishing for Trout Week. All this week we are celebrating one of the fishing world's grandest traditions, the pursuit of
trout with artificial
flies. Our guest editor is GoFISHn member
Kirk Deeter, who is a noted outdoors journalist,
fly angler, and author of several books, most recently co-author with the late Charlie Meyers of "
The Little Red Book of Fly Fishing."
Kirk will be weighing in throughout the week to post answers to questions, gear reviews, and general advice on
fly fishing, so be sure to

answers" section.
Prizes. Kirk will also help us pick
Mr./Ms. Trout for the week, a prize we'll give to the GoFISHn member who makes the best all around contribution to the site on the subject of
fly fishing and
trout -- answering questions, asking questions, posting images and reports, posting gear reviews etc. The prize is a $50 gift certificate to
