Vttroutbum is a fly fishing and hunting guide service located in central Vermont. We offer guided fly fishing trips from April thru October, as well as seasonal hunting for moose and spring gobblers. Vttroutbum was established in 1996, and since then we have successfully guided more than 1000 anglers with varying skill levels. We specialize in drift boat fly fishing using white water rafts with fly fishing frames. This enables anglers of all abilities to be in reach of the action and is by far the easiest way to be successful on the bigger waters of New England. We spend most of our time chasing wild rainbows that fight like mad. However, we land some nice browns in the spring and even a few landlocked salmon in June. April, May and June see a lot of the bigger trout but the fall months offer quality dry fly fishing and lots of it. During the winter months, we do offer trips on some of the quality great lakes tributaries in New York State for salmon and steelhead. No matter what the season, the combination of great fishing and incredible scenery make fishing with us a truly unique experience. All equipment can be provided at no additional charge. Fishing license is not included.
